Terry Lovekamp

Terry Lovekamp is the current Chief Financial Officer at Consociate Health. Prior to this, they were the Employee Benefits Manager at Archer Daniels Midland Company from May 2000 to October 2007. In this role, they managed the design and delivery of all U.S. and Canadian benefits, oversaw the production, processes and performance reviews of 5 direct reports and 8 other staff members, and was involved in strategy, editing and writing of all mass communications. Terry also reviewed and authorized bills for payment, reviewed and signed-off on all annual filings, participated in actuarial valuation discussions, reviewed departmental accounting reports, and was involved in plan design and strategy, annual rate setting, and analysis of accounting accrual/reserves. In addition, they oversaw the daily administration of the health benefit programs, the defined benefit pension, the defined contribution 401(k), the ESOP and the Executive Deferred Compensation Plans. Special projects they have worked on include vendor and system implementations, such as Health and Welfare outsourcing and Defined Benefit Administration co-sourcing system, and acquisitions.

Terry Lovekamp received a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and attended Cerro Gordo High School.
