Simon Peter is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative technology solutions across various companies. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Console, Simon is involved in creating intelligent IT agents capable of automating over 50% of typical Tier 1 support requests. Prior experience includes working at Tome as a Software Engineer focused on AI products, where Simon contributed to building a Sales Research agent, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Affirm, Inc., leading the development of a backend state machine library crucial for core workflows. Earlier roles at SoFi and Clara Lending involved building features for financial products and developing a state-based rules engine for mortgage applications, respectively.
