Cara Murray

Cara Murray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and customer experience management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Base Management & CX at Consolidated Communications, Cara leads a team focused on retention strategies and customer experience enhancements, notably developing a customer feedback system utilizing NPS methodology. As CEO of Murray Consulting Group, Cara provides strategic marketing and customer experience services across various industries. Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing at FairPoint Communications, where Cara managed marketing for a significant portion of the business, and Vice President of Marketing at EarthLink Business, overseeing customer acquisition and retention. Cara also held leadership positions at Deltacom and BTI, as well as a senior management role at MCI. Education includes attendance at Wake Technical Community College.
