David Koehl

David J. Koehl serves as the Chief Information Officer at Consolidated Communications since April 2024, focusing on modernizing technology to enhance customer experience and support Fiber strategy growth. Previously, David held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Metronet from August 2021 to February 2024, where efforts centered on technology modernization and network positioning for significant EBITDA growth. David also worked as the Digital Strategy & Technology Lead at North American Service Provider from January 2018 to August 2021 and spent over two decades at Accenture, culminating as Managing Director - North America Communications, Media and Technology. David began a career at Electronic Data Systems as Systems Engineer, progressing to Systems Manager. David obtained a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Illinois State University, complemented by professional training at Accenture and EDS.
