Kelechi Ridgley

Kelechi Ridgley serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery Operations at Consolidated Communications since September 2016, overseeing teams focused on Service Design, Implementation, and Support for various sales channels. Prior roles include Senior Director, where Kelechi managed critical engineering departments and launched a team of post-sales Network Architects to enhance customer service, and Director of Strategic Solutions Engineering, responsible for indirect sales engineering and advanced service implementation. Earlier experience includes leading sales engineering teams across the South region at CCI, serving as an Engineering Consultant at Telecom, and working as a Sales Engineer at Inmarsat - RigNet. Kelechi began the career as a Senior Solutions Engineer at NuVox.
