Scott Wolfert, ENP, currently serves as the E9-1-1 Service Manager at Consolidated Communications since July 2010, overseeing technical issues related to E9-1-1 and NG9-1-1, providing vendor guidance, and acting as a primary contact for Maine and New Hampshire State/Government 9-1-1 customers. Previously, Scott held the position of E9-1-1 Database Administrator at the New Hampshire Bureau of Emergency Communications from May 1995 to July 2010, where responsibilities included managing E9-1-1 database operations and facilitating significant cost-saving transitions. Early career experience includes roles as an Assistant Presidential Audio/Visual Director at the White House Communications Agency and a Ground Radio Communications Technician in the United States Air Force. Scott holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from National Louis University, along with an Associate degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
