Lisa Rothbauer

Lisa Rothbauer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, office management, and lean facilitation. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. since September 2018, Lisa previously held the position of Office/HR Coordinator at Kundinger Fluid Power from April 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing office operations and supporting HR functions. Earlier experience includes working as a Certified Lean Lead Facilitator at NEW Lean, focusing on productivity and process improvement for small businesses and non-profits in Northeast Wisconsin. Lisa's career also includes significant management roles at Time Warner Cable, where responsibilities ranged from managing a large team of dispatchers to overseeing daily operations supporting numerous field technicians.
