Susan Burgard is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Consolidated Construction Co., Inc. since December 2021, Susan has managed a variety of significant projects, including renovation initiatives for Goodwill Industries and Hydrite Chemical, as well as a $4 million project for the Madison Area Rehabilitation Center. Prior to this role, Susan held positions such as Independent Consultant at Close To My Heart Official, Construction Project Manager at Forward Development Group, and Assistant Project Manager at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc.
