Patrick Spork started their career at Consolidated Fabrication and Constructors, Inc. in 2003 as a Laborer. Patrick then worked as a "B" Mechanic from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they served as an Intern at the company. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Project Engineer, assisting Project Managers and overseeing projects across the United States. Patrick was subsequently promoted to Project Manager in 2014 and served in that role until 2022. Presently, they hold the position of President at Consolidated Fabrication and Constructors, Inc. starting from January 2022. Additionally, Patrick Spork has experience as a Junior Varsity Hockey Assistant Coach and later became the Head Coach at Mount Carmel High School from 2011 to 2017.

Patrick Spork attended St. Michael School from 1994 to 2003. Patrick then went on to Mount Carmel High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2003 to 2007. After completing high school, Patrick enrolled in Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Management from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Patrick obtained a certification in Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo in December 2015.
