Tom Zager

Tom Zager is an experienced purchasing and sales professional with a comprehensive background in materials management and corporate purchasing. Currently serving as the Corporate Purchasing Manager at Consolidated Fabrication and Constructors, Inc. since 2006, Tom has successfully managed purchasing operations across multiple sites, negotiated contracts with national vendors to achieve cost savings, and led a team of approximately 10 individuals in hiring and training. Previously, while at Progress Rail Services from 1999 to 2006, Tom held roles including Materials Manager and District Sales Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing purchasing, shipping, and receiving departments, managing cost reduction initiatives, and developing client relationships throughout the Midwest Territory. Tom Zager holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing and an MBA, both from Purdue University.
