Deborah Steiner

Deb serves as RRD’s Chief Administrative Officer, where she oversees the Company's Legal, Human Resources, Environmental, Health and Safety, Corporate Communications, and Risk Management functions.

Deb is responsible for providing instructional leadership to the noted functional areas, managing all Board and governance matters, and running the Company’s ethics and compliance program. Prior to joining RRD in 2012, Deb spent nearly seven years working in government, primarily as a federal prosecutor and seven years at Latham and Watkins where she conducted internal investigations, managed complex litigation matters, and defended white collar defendants.
