Tom Lynch

Tom Lynch has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Tom currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Consolidated Hospitality Supplies (CHS) since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President, Commercial-Americas at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) from April 2022 to September 2022.

Before their roles at WFS and CHS, Tom held various executive positions at Republic Services from 2015 to 2020, including Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer. Tom was responsible for delivering $10.5 billion in sales and reported to the President. At Republic Services, they also served as a member of the executive team with 7 Vice President level direct reports.

Tom's previous experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President at US Foods from 2008 to 2015, where they directed the P&L performance of $11 billion in sales across multiple business sectors. Tom reported to the CEO and oversaw a national sales organization of 1,000 associates.

Prior to US Foods, Tom worked at The Coca-Cola Company as a Vice President from 1997 to 2007, leading the corporate relationship with McDonald's, the company's largest and most strategic customer. Tom successfully managed a $600 million budget and collaborated with various departments at McDonald's to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Earlier in their career, Tom held positions at S.C. Johnson Wax as a Senior Brand Manager from 1993 to 1997 and at Procter & Gamble as an Assistant Brand Manager from 1988 to 1993.

Tom Lynch attended the University of Arizona from 1983 to 1988, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended St. Rita HS, although the specific years and field of study are unknown.
