Melissa Edwards

Melissa Edwards has extensive experience in the medical field, primarily in laboratory management and supervision. Melissa currently works as a Laboratory Director at Consolidated Medical Practices of Memphis, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Laboratory Manager at Quest Diagnostics from March 2017 to May 2021. Melissa also held the role of Laboratory Manager at Regional One Health from October 2016 to March 2017, and previously worked as a Laboratory Quality Coordinator at the same institution from June 2015 to October 2016. Melissa's experience also includes working as a Medical Technologist at Oxford Immunotec from October 2014 to March 2017, and as a Supervisor at LabCorp from December 2012 to October 2014. Melissa Edwards earned their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Melissa completed their education at this institution from 1993 to 1995.
