Tim Roberson

Tim Roberson has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Tim started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at FLIR Systems in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Consolidated Metco.

At Consolidated Metco, Tim held various roles, including Associate Design Engineer from April 2011 to October 2012. Tim then served as a Design Engineer from October 2012 to July 2015, where they played a crucial role in product development and led engineering efforts for die cast components.

After that, Tim progressed to become a Lead Engineer - Castings from July 2015 to December 2017. Subsequently, they served as an Engineering Manager - Castings from December 2017 to January 2020 and as a Metals Applications Engineering Manager from January 2020 to June 2021.

Currently, Tim holds the position of Director of Product Development - Castings at Consolidated Metco, starting in June 2021.

Tim Roberson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including "Leading Operational Excellence" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2022, "Leading Strategic Growth" from Columbia Business School Executive Education in 2018, "Innovation Mentor (I-Mentor) Boot Camp" from University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2016, and "Problem Solving: Theory and Practice" from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2014.
