Andrew Resseguie, RMP, PMP, is a seasoned professional in enterprise risk management with extensive experience in the nuclear and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Y-12 Site Lead for Enterprise Risk Management at Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC since 2015, Andrew previously held the position of Facility Engineer Integration Lead at the Y-12 National Security Complex from 2010 to 2015, where responsibilities included facilitating collaboration among production and engineering teams to enhance maintenance efficiency. Andrew's expertise also extends to project controls, having managed significant projects as a Project Controls Engineer at Y-12, utilizing earned value management systems to oversee projects worth up to $72 million. Prior experience as a Project Engineer at Bowen Engineering Corporation involved oversight of various large-scale projects, including waste water treatment facilities. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2007.
