Y-12 Director Of Security Integration, Safeguards & Security at Consolidated Nuclear Security

Bruce Soderberg, CMAP, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bruce began their career in 2003 as a United States Forces Korea coordinator, where they developed and staffed military requirements for Combined Forces Command. From 2005 to 2008, they served in the United States Marine Corps, overseeing range and environmental management programs. In 2008, Soderberg joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate, managing environmental/civil engineering and analytics professionals. Bruce transitioned to Consolidated Nuclear Security in 2016, serving as the Enterprise Services Manager for Environmental Safety & Health. Currently, Soderberg holds the position of Y-12 Director of Security Integration, Safeguards & Security at CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC. In this role, they provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of functional area integration and execution.

Bruce Soderberg, CMAP, holds a Master of Science (MS) in Environmental Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communication, General from Norwich University, from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their degrees, Bruce has certifications as a Certified Environmental Professional from the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals, Inc, and as a Change Management Advanced Practitioner from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
