Joshua Kelly, CISM, is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist at Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC, where responsibilities include executing risk management programs and implementing the Risk Management Framework across classified and unclassified networks. With over 22 years of experience in information security management within the U.S. Navy, Joshua has held various roles including Information System Security Manager, where key contributions involved developing metrics for reporting security activities and ensuring compliance, as well as serving as an instructor at the Information Warfare Training Command, facilitating significant training and operational improvements. Joshua’s extensive background includes managing complex networks, overseeing security inspections, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security posture. Joshua holds a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from DeVry University and has completed various Cisco Networking Academy courses.
