Christian Ruppel

Christian Ruppel is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Consolidated Precision Products Corp since August 2017, Ruppel previously held leadership positions including CEO of SUMMER OF CHRIS and Operations Manager at MB Aerospace, where responsibilities included full P&L management of a $30 million aerospace plant. Ruppel's career also includes significant roles at Special Metals, managing various operations and achieving ISO 17025 accreditation, as well as a long tenure at SPS Technologies focusing on continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Ruppel is a veteran of the US Army, having served as an Armor Crewman from 1989 to 1992, and holds a degree from the University of Michigan-Flint.
