Operations and Manufacturing

The Operations and Manufacturing team at Consolidated Precision Products Corp (CPP) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of complex aerospace components and subassemblies. This includes program management, engineering, cyber security, IT development, manufacturing management, operations control, purchasing and planning, quality assurance, and automation. The team ensures efficient manufacturing operations, meeting stringent quality standards, and driving operational excellence across CPP's 19 global facilities to fulfill customer requirements in the aerospace, defense, and industrial gas turbine markets.
