Bengt Ormegard has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Bengt started their career at Televerket as a System Manager and Consultant. Bengt then worked at Stockholms Optionsmarknad as a System Manager VMS and Deputy IT Operations Manager, where they were responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing marketplace systems. Bengt also gained experience in international sales support and training. Bengt later joined Hongkong Future Exchange as On-site Support, overseeing the delivery and operation of a marketplace system.

Bengt then worked at Stockholms Optionsmarknad again, this time as a Software Support Manager, responsible for customer support, vendor management, and agreements. Bengt also served as the Site Manager at the Australian Stock Exchange, leading the installation, training, and support of a marketplace system. Currently, Bengt works at Consolis as the Head of IT Support. Bengt'sresponsibilities include leading the IT support team and overseeing IT infrastructure, procurement, and processes. Additionally, they hold a black belt (shodan) in wadokai karate, which they obtained in 2014.
