David Hajek has worked in various IT roles throughout their career. David started at CMC Graduate School of Business as an IT Support staff, where they were responsible for LAN administration. David then worked at Cesky Mobil a.s. (now Vodafone) as a Data Technician and Deputy PC Support Team Leader. After that, they joined DHL IS (Europe) s.r.o. as a Help Desk/Call Centre Team Leader. David then moved to Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. as a Regional Technical Support Manager. David continued their career at Telefónica, where they served as a Service Desk Manager and Provisioning & Support Manager at the Service Management Center. David then joined BT - Global Services as a Mobile Business Operations Manager. After that, they worked at Dimension Data as an SD Operations Manager. David then transitioned to AXA Partners, where they held the position of IT Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, they are the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Nationale-Nederlanden.

David Hajek attended SPŠ Mladá Boleslav from 1986 to 1990. David then continued their education at SEŠ Mladá Boleslav from 1990 to 1992. David also holds a certification in ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Certified.
