Jolene Lee, a Director of Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapist, has a wealth of experience working in various healthcare settings. With a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University, as well as an Associate's degree from Los Medanos College, Jolene has been dedicated to providing quality care to their patients. Starting their career in 2008 at HCR ManorCare, Jolene has since worked at Consonus Healthcare, ExceedCare Group, and currently at Delta View Post Acute.
