Terri Fagan

Terri Fagan is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Consonus Healthcare since 2004. Prior to this role, Terri worked as a Pharmacist at Primus Plus from 1994 to 1996. Terri obtained a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Montana in 1990.
