Andres Duarte has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Andres started their career in 2006 as a Retail Sales Representative at Follet Bookstore, where they assisted customers with sales and inventory management. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Personal Assistant at Keystone Restoration, Inc. In 2011, they became a Sales Representative at Liquid Surf and Sail, where they also managed the store's online presence and website using Magneto.

From 2014 to 2017, Andres served as an Assistant Manager at Sandy Point Progressive Sports, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining the store's online presence and website, as well as assisting customers with product recommendations. In 2015, they transitioned to ePOWER 360 as an IT Manager and Online Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed the company's IT systems and also handled online sales.

In 2009, they began their education at Miami Dade College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, completing it in 2011. Andres then continued their education at Florida International University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Software Design.

In 2017, Andres furthered their education by attending EC-Council University, where they studied Ethical Hacking. Andres completed this program in 2018.

Alongside their education, Andres has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Certified Ethical Hacker through the EC-Council. Later, in 2020, they obtained the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration.

In 2021, Andres achieved the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation from (ISC)², an international cybersecurity certification organization. Andres also earned the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA, an independent professional association for IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity professionals.

Most recently, in 2022, Andres obtained the Darktrace Cyber Analyst certification from Darktrace, a leading cybersecurity AI technology company.
