E. Gayle Grady

E. Gayle Grady, P.E. is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering with extensive experience in construction management and design-build projects. Currently serving as Managing Principal and Design Build Director at American Consulting Professionals, LLC since April 2017, Grady oversees multidisciplinary planning, design, and construction services for transportation facilities across Florida, Georgia, and Maryland. Previous roles include District Manager, Assistant District Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Construction Manager at PCL Construction from August 1996 to December 2016, contributing to key projects such as the Parker and Atlantic Bascule Bridge and the Louisville Bridge Rehabilitation. Grady began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer with the Florida Department of Transportation, focusing on major infrastructure projects in South Florida after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
