Janice Kruse

Janice has more than 30 years of experience in the design and management of rural and urban transportation projects involving reconstruction, new alignments, widening, or rehabilitation projects across Texas. Her particular area of focus has been roadway design. She has managed projects across the State of Texas for clients including TxDOT; Harris County; Cities of Houston, San Antonio, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Seguin, Pearland, Kemah, and League City; and the Houston Parks Board. As a native Houstonian, Janice has enjoyed being involved in Bayou Greenway and other trail projects that now provide over 18 miles of enjoyment to the citizens of Houston. She is known for her hard work, “hands-on” approach, and ability to work closely with the team and the client. A seasoned and highly regarded Project Manager, Janice joined AIA in 2006 and has had a tremendous impact on the firm’s growth.In her spare time, Janice enjoys windsurfing and scuba diving.
