Joel Strayer, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering and bridge inspection management. From May 2010 to July 2016 at RK&K, Joel served as a Structural Engineer, focusing on the design of building components and leading bridge analysis and inspections. Joel gained certification in various NHI Inspection Courses during this time. Following this, Joel held roles as an Engineering Intern in 2008 and 2009. Transitioning to leadership roles, Joel worked as the Structural Engineering Manager at Transtech Engineering Consultants from January 2023 to August 2024, overseeing bridge inspection contracts and project management. Currently, Joel is a Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers, further enhancing skills in structural oversight and team coordination. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (2010).
