Justin Brewer

Justin Brewer, P.E. is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering with a focus on water resources. Currently serving as the Utah Water Business Development Lead and Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers since October 2022, Justin previously held the role of Water Resources Department Manager and Project Manager at Project Engineering Consultants from October 2017 to September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as a Water Resources Engineer at HDR and Land Development Project Manager at Sportsman's Investments. Early career roles involved a City Engineering Intern position in Saratoga Springs, Utah, and a Geo-technical Engineering Intern at Applied Geotech. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, specializing in hydraulics and water resource engineering. Additionally, Justin played a leadership role as President of the ASCE Student Chapter during the academic journey.
