Karla Washington

Karla Washington has over 6 years of experience in human resources and compliance roles. Karla started their career as an Immigration Coordinator at Chevron in 2012, where they researched Visa requirements and provided back-up services. In 2014, they joined Brunel as an HR/Compliance Coordinator, where they supported the Operations division with compliance responsibilities and coordinated pre-employment compliance requirements. Karla also served as a Visa and Travel Assistant, arranging business travel for consultants and employees. From 2016 to 2018, Karla worked at Genuent as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Operations Specialist. In these roles, they conducted employee onboarding, managed benefits invoices, and coordinated the onboarding process for new hires. In 2018, they joined CONSOR Engineers as a Human Resources Generalist.
