Peter Mulvaney

Peter Mulvaney is an accomplished professional in sustainable infrastructure and environmental management, currently serving as the Director at CONSOR Engineers since August 2023. Previous experience includes key managerial roles at Jacobs Engineering, where Peter led the Water Resources, Urban Planning, and Construction Department from May 2018 to September 2023, and at West Monroe Partners as a Senior Manager focusing on consulting services for water and energy utilities. Peter has a strong foundation in sustainability, having worked as a Sustainability Specialist at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP and as an Environmental Consultant at HARZA Engineering. A former Sustainable Infrastructure Director for the City of Chicago, Peter directed significant institutional changes and managed large capital budgets. Earlier roles include environmental analysis at Landrum & Brown and a science fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Peter holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Environmental Pollution Control from Penn State University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
