Ray Wells

Ray Wells is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Construction Services at CONSOR Engineers since January 2013. Wells oversees significant projects, including the reconstruction of State Highway 242 in Montgomery County and the conversion of US 59 to US 69 in Rosenberg, Texas. Previously, from December 1996 to March 2013, Wells held various roles at the Texas Department of Transportation, including Project Manager and Senior Construction Engineer, managing multiple projects valued at over $300 million. Wells holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1995.
