Ryan Goodman

Ryan Goodman has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ryan worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at CONSOR Engineers, where they collaborated with the management team to recruit top-tier talent and develop a talent acquisition culture and process. Ryan also played a key role in finalizing the merger process of four companies, resulting in the integration of approximately 600 employees across the US. Prior to their role at CONSOR Engineers, Ryan served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at STV and as a Strategic Recruiter at Amec Foster Wheeler and AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited. Ryan started their career as the Director of Search Execution at Hygun Group, Inc. and as a Recruiter at TRX Inc.

Ryan Goodman's education history begins with their high school education at BCHS from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued a college preparatory curriculum. Following this, they attended Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business from 1995 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees. During their time at Iowa State, they studied Journalism (PR) and History. Later, in 2002 and 2003, Ryan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in e-Business at the University of Phoenix.
