Talina Barajas-Chen

Talina Barajas-Chen is a construction project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently at CONSOR Engineers since May 2023, Talina previously served as a resident engineer and project engineer at UNICO Engineering, Inc. from September 2016 to May 2023, managing day-to-day project operations and contributing to systems integration and construction management. Additionally, Talina has experience as a part-time instructor at California State University-Sacramento, teaching courses in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic programming, and worked as an engineer at Alta Vista Solutions, where quality assurance for the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge was a key responsibility. Previous experience also includes a design engineer role at Stork, Wolfe & Associates, focusing on structural design and seismic analysis. Talina holds a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, along with an Associate of Science in Mathematics from College of the Desert.
