Tim Bramer, P.E., CCM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at CPM Associates (formerly Cooper Pugeda Management) from March 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining CONSOR Engineers and CPM Associates, Tim held various roles at the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Tim served as the Capital Engineering Manager from June 2011 to March 2021, overseeing important engineering projects. Additionally, they took on the role of Interim Deputy Operating Officer from August 2019 to January 2020, showcasing their leadership skills. Tim also worked as a Senior Civil Engineer from December 2001 to June 2011 and started their career as a Civil Engineer from January 1995 to December 2002. Tim'sextensive experience in the engineering field has enabled him to excel in their role as a Senior Project Manager.

Tim Bramer, P.E., CCM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, which was completed in 1989. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Bellarmine College Preparatory. In terms of additional certifications, Tim obtained their Professional Civil Engineer certification from the State of California in June 1992. Tim also acquired the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in July 2019.
