Tina Thorson

Tina Thorson, CAPM, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tina currently works as a Project Coordinator at CONSOR Engineers, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Tina worked at Commonstreet Consulting from November 2018 to January 2023, where they held the roles of Senior Right of Way Agent and Land Title Examiner. Tina'sresponsibilities at Commonstreet Consulting included assisting with right of way acquisition and examining land titles. Before joining Commonstreet Consulting, Tina was a Real Estate Consultant at Epic Land Solutions from July 2017 to November 2018. Tina began their career at Baines Title & Escrow Company as the Title Department Head, a position they held from January 2003 to May 2012. Overall, Tina has a wealth of experience in project coordination, right of way acquisition, land title examination, and real estate consulting.

Tina Thorson, CAPM, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the People. Tina obtained this degree from 2017 to 2023. Additionally, they completed a Diploma of Completion in Foundational Leadership from Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019.

In terms of certifications, Tina has obtained several. In November 2021, they became a Notary Public in Oregon and a Real Estate Broker in Oregon. In August 2019, they obtained the WSDOT Approved Consultants List - Title, Acquisition and Relocation certification from the Washington State Department of Transportation. Prior to this, in April 2015, they became a Real Estate Broker in Washington State. Finally, in May 1995, they became a Notary Public in Washington State.
