Jose Javier Veloz Reyes

Jose Javier Veloz Reyes has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as an RF Planning and Optimization Engineer at CONECEL since December 2015, where responsibilities include the planning, optimization, and troubleshooting of GSM, UMTS, and LTE networks, as well as planning for DSS networks. Previously, from October 2011 to December 2015, Jose held the position of RF, Transmission, Voice and Data Project Engineer at Claro Ecuador, focusing on the evaluation, planning, and project development of microwave transmission solutions, power solutions for base stations, and overseeing projects for cell coverage expansion across multiple technologies. Jose earned a degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
