George Daughtry is an experienced Lead Data Quality Analyst with a strong background in healthcare data quality assurance at Consortium Health Plans since December 2014. Previously, George held the position of Manager of Financial and Quantitative Analytics at Inovalon, where complex analytics and product planning were central responsibilities. Additional roles include Data Analyst at Akimeka, LLC and Marketing Analyst at Merkle Inc., alongside extensive experience at Arbitron and the State of Maryland Department of Human Resources. George holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration Informatics from the University of Maryland University College and a BA in Economics from Morgan State University.

Consortium Health Plans was formed in 1994 to help its founding Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans position themselves as the preferred choice for national accounts. Now a national coalition of 20 leading BCBS Plans, Consortium provides a clear and unified voice, as well as effective central coordination, for the Blue System among national accounts and the consultants and brokers who serve them. Mission: Consortium Health Plans' mission is to position Blue Cross Blue Shield as the preferred choice for national accounts. Vision: Consortium Health Plans will be a key enabler of BCBS Plans’ strategies to meet the healthcare needs of National Account employers.
