Simon Khodab

Simon Khodab's work experience begins in 2008 as a Web Development Intern at Constellation Energy. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at Icenta Inc. In 2011, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology (Formerly ViPS) as an Associate Quality Analyst/Business Analyst until 2012. Simon then joined Consortium Health Plans in 2012, starting as a Business Analyst and working their way up through various roles including Product Owner, Senior Associate/Product Owner, Director of Product Management, and is currently serving as the Executive Director of Product Management.

Simon Khodab obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Towson University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have acquired multiple certifications in the field. In February 2016, they became a Certified Disciplined Agilist from the Disciplined Agile Consortium. In the same year, they also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Simon further expanded their expertise by completing the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification in August 2017 and earning the title of Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in October 2017.
