Roberta Lella

Roberta Lella has extensive experience in the fields of human resource management and clinical psychology. Currently serving as the "Responsabile Selezione del personale" at Consorzio Solaris since February 2014, Roberta is responsible for screening CVs, drafting job descriptions, organizing interviews, and managing the company’s database. Additionally, Roberta has been practicing as a "Psicologa Psicoterapeuta" at Associazione di Promozione Sociale "Persone al Centro" since September 2013, providing clinical psychological consultations and therapy. Furthermore, Roberta is an educator and psychologist at Healthy Work, conducting corporate training courses and providing psychological support. Roberta holds a specialization in Family and Couple Therapy from Scuola Romana Psicoterapia Familiare and has a Master's Degree in Psychological Intervention from Sapienza Università di Roma.
