Building Intelligent Agentic Organisations

Constancia helps organisations make better decisions, run more efficiently and turn scattered data into real-time intelligence with AI.

We work with leaders across the business, from operations and commercial to finance and transformation, who want clearer data, stronger systems and more confident decisions.

WHAT WE SEE

Most organisations already hold the data and talent to run on real-time intelligence. The opportunity is in connecting systems, automating manual work and turning reporting into decisions.

Transformation has long relied on static consultancy, fragmented technology and reporting built in Excel and PowerPoint. The next chapter is faster, more connected and built on intelligence you can trust.

WHAT WE DO

We help organisations assess, plan and deliver transformation, then build the agentic systems that keep it running. Senior ownership throughout, not a pitch team followed by juniors.

- AI advisory
- Enterprise intelligence
- Agentic systems and automation
- Data strategy
- Decision and reporting intelligence
- Technology suitability assessment
- Implementation planning
- EPM and finance systems (OneStream, Abacum)
- CFO and leadership advisory

WHERE WE START

The office of the CFO is often where it begins, where data and reporting demands converge first. But the value compounds across operations, commercial and the wider organisation.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT AI

We don't replace expertise. We give leaders the visibility, structure and intelligence to decide with confidence.

AI should do the heavy lifting. Agents handle the manual work and surface the insight. People make the call. AI as the advisor, not the replacement.

WHERE WE WORK

UK and European base, with delivery across South Africa and the Middle East.
