David Rice

David Rice currently serves as Senior Counsel at Constangy since January 2023 and is the Co-Founder and Business Director of the Berkshire Mountain Comedy Arts Festival, a role held since September 2021. Prior experience includes nearly eleven years as an Associate Attorney at Baker & Hostetler LLP, along with a judicial internship under Hon. Paul G. Feinman at the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Additional legal experience encompasses positions at Sidley Austin as a Legal Assistant, Shott Capital Management, LLC as a Private Equity Associate, and Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. as a Project Analyst. David Rice earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
