Teresa Rider Bult serves as the Administrative Partner and General Counsel at Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, a prominent boutique law firm specializing in labor and employment law since September 1996. Previously, Teresa held the position of Cochair for the Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee within the American Bar Association from August 2014 to July 2017, facilitating networking and resources for employment attorneys. In a prior role as a Judicial Clerk/Extern for Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson at the US District Court in Washington, DC, from January to June 2006, Teresa contributed to the formulation of memorandum orders and drafted a significant opinion regarding the Back Pay Act. Teresa holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine Law (1996) and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in English from John Brown University (1993).
