Jerry Jao

Jerry Jao is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital marketing and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as SVP & GM at Constant Contact since August 2020, Jao focuses on providing powerful marketing tools for small businesses and nonprofits. As CEO and Founder of ReSci (Retention Science) since January 2013, Jao leads a customer data platform that enhances marketing campaigns. Additional roles include Chair of the Audit Committee and Board Member at FIGS, Advisor and Angel Investor at Rothy's and Neuro, and Angel Investor at Turbine Finance and Carta. Jao also served on the Board of GQR Global Markets and is a member of YPO. Jao holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and Yale School of Management.
