Karen Kukta

Karen Kukta is a seasoned professional in UX design and marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager, UX Design Marketing at Constant Contact since September 2023, where Karen spearheads the modernization of the front-of-site experience and leads impactful A/B testing initiatives. Previously, from July 2008 to 2023, Karen held multiple roles at Vista, including Director of Merchandising Experience, where Karen managed a global design team to enhance customer experiences across regions. Karen's career also includes positions as Art Director at Evoke Interaction, where Karen focused on user-centered design in the healthcare sector, and as Senior Graphic Designer at Broadstreet, where Karen simplified complex ideas into engaging designs. Karen holds a B.S. in Communications Media with a focus on Graphic Design from Fitchburg State University.
