Carlos Pagan

Carlos Pagan has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering. Carlos currently works at Constant as a Network Engineer, where they focus on configuring and troubleshooting issues related to network infrastructure. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Ciena as a Core Systems Network Engineer, where they played a crucial role in closing sales and solving design and implementation problems. Carlos was highly regarded as a subject matter expert on Carrier Ethernet. Carlos also worked as a Consulting Systems Engineer at Ciena. Before their time at Ciena, Carlos worked at Tellabs as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they contributed to the company's client base expansion in Latin America through the implementation of MPLS solutions. Carlos supported Tellabs' 8800 and 8600 product families. Carlos began their career at Impsat Fiber Networks as a Service Assurance Engineer, responsible for resolving customer outages and ensuring quick service recovery. Carlos had extensive experience in troubleshooting and configuring communication equipment.

Carlos Pagan pursued their education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 1990 to 1996. Carlos completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree during this period.
