Liz Jernstedt has a diverse work experience. Liz started their career as a Customer Support Representative at Vultr in 2018 and later transitioned to a Senior Customer Support Representative role in 2020. Liz then became a Customer Success Manager, guiding customer onboarding, managing inbound sales oppurtunities and, contributing to growth and retention strategies. Liz is currently an Account Analyst at Vultr and is responsible for providing support to customers, strengthening fraud prevention strategies and reducing abuse at scale. Additionally, they gained experience as a Direct Support Professional providing care for adults and children on the Autism Spectrum at Team Care LLC in 2020.
Liz Jernstedt's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Middletown High School North, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2009. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Liz pursued fine art at Brookdale Community College.
