Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Egeria and a member of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee at Constanter, Nicolas also provides independent legal advice to family entrepreneurs, charities, and individuals. With a long history at Pensionskasse der C&A Gruppe as a member of the foundation board and investment committee, Nicolas has significant experience in pension fund management. Previously, Nicolas held the role of Managing Director at Anthos Swiss Service Office AG, overseeing various aspects of wealth management and legal advisory. Further experience includes time as a board member at Raiffeisenbank Zufikon-Bremgarten and legal roles at MADOR AG and UBS, complemented by education from the University of Bern, Harvard Business School, IMD, and Kellogg Executive Education.
