Frédéric Roffé has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles across multiple industries. Frédéric began their career as an Area Sales Manager at Office Universitaire de Presse in 1996. Frédéric then moved on to roles at Fidorg-Windsor in Audit and Consulting, KPMG as a Senior Auditor, and Amcor Flexibles Europe & Americas as a Controlling Manager. In 2009, they joined Keolis as a Regional Financial Controller and later returned to Amcor Flexibles Europe & Americas as a Customer Satisfaction, Commercial, and Controlling Manager, and eventually became a Plant General Manager. From 2013 to 2014, Roffé took a break to travel with their family. Following their travels, they worked on an LBO Project at Projet Pépite. Roffé then joined Constantia Flexibles, where they held various roles including Business and Product Development Project Manager, Commercial Manager Dairy, VP Commercial Excellence and Strategy, VP Head of Group Business Improvement, and most recently, SVP Head of Group Business Improvement and Interim Head of India Division.

Frédéric Roffé obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from IAE Caen, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economics and Law from Université de Caen Normandie between 1996 and 1998.
