Abby Shen

Abby Shen is currently the Chief of Staff and GTM at Constantinople, where they focus on strategic leadership. Previously, they worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and held multiple roles, including Executive Director and Co-Founder at Tech for Social Good, promoting responsible technology and empowering future tech leaders. Abby has also contributed to healthcare operations strategy at Eucalyptus and engaged in software engineering at Accenture, co-developing the WICode initiative to inspire young women in STEM. They attained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechatronics from the University of Sydney, following studies in Chinese at Peking University and Fudan University.
