He currently serves as the Vice President (People & Development) at Constellar, overseeing HR for the group's businesses across multiple countries. Prior to this, he was the Director of HR at SingEx Holdings and the Singapore Tourism Board. With a strong educational background including an MBA in Management of Technology, Michael has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
